We are based in Madrid and work with companies in Spain and Portugal, in Spanish or English. We normally start with a short conversation, then decide whether a two-week operational diagnosis is the right next step. The diagnosis produces a process map, quantified friction, and a prioritised plan; it is useful even if you do not continue with Zero Ops.
