Chemical engineer (UPM) with an Executive Master in Artificial Intelligence. Went through strategic and technology consulting (NTT DATA, Deloitte) and digital transformation at enterprise scale (Prosegur) before joining Grupo Cartés, the family industrial group with 50 years of history.

Zero Ops was born from that combination: knowing what gets sold in consulting and seeing what actually works when you get your hands dirty. The question that guides every project is simple: can your team solve this without me?

Is Zero Ops a consultancy?

No. Zero Ops is an activation partner: we enter, we demonstrate, we transfer the capability to the internal team, and we leave. If they need to call us back for the system to work, we have failed.

How is Zero Ops different from a traditional AI automation consultancy?

A traditional consultancy sells presentations and bills hours. We measure success with one question: after we leave, can your team modify what we built without us? That is the L3 Activation Test. We don't sell presentations. We don't bill hours for warming a chair. We build to leave, not to stay.

How long does a Zero Ops activation last and what happens when you leave?

An activation runs between 2 and 12 weeks depending on scope. No lock-in, no endless pilots. When we leave, you have a system running in production and a team with the capability to operate it, modify it, and extend it without us.

What kind of operational problems do you solve?

Manual processes where time and money are lost. The person who processes invoices by hand. The person who runs logistics from an Excel sheet. The controller who takes three days to close a month. Our method follows a strict order: eliminate what is unnecessary, standardize, simplify, automate, and only then augment with AI. Most problems resolve before reaching the last step.
