Who's behind this
Pedro Aldea, founder of Zero Ops and technical lead at Grupo Cartes, has designed and deployed an ecosystem of five AI projects transforming key areas: document processing, business intelligence, logistics, marketing and catalog management.
His experience combines data engineering, machine learning and real industrial operations — not academic theory, but systems that work every Monday morning.
